The beds were hard as a rock, the door did not seal at all and we could see daylight around most of it. Shower and sink drain didn’t drain like they should. Breakfast was terrible!

Customer service is disappointing.
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, it's our go to place when we're travelling through. While the hotel has maintained it's level of cleanliness and maintenance, the customer service has deteriorated. No one at the desk when we went to check in. After waiting 10 minutes, pressing the call button several times, we left to fill up our vehicle. We returned 15 minutes later and again had to press the call button several times and wait another 10 minutes before front desk clerk showed up. The coffee pot in the room had one packet of coffee, no tea. We had to be on the road before breakfast so found this disappointing.

Nicely updated. Friendly staff. Classic can’t go wrong continetal breakfast. Room was cold upon entry. Took a bit to get it warm. Few holes around wall plates. Back or toilet needs to be cleaned better. I’d consider staying here again.

I would not stay at this place again. Rooms poorly lite, towels were frayed, vinyl flooring throughout room, the hotel shows its age. Over priced

It was nice and very clean. But the toilet kept ruining. And the furnishings arevery cheap. The room was about 48 degrees when I checked in. It got up to 67 degrees by the time I left the next morning
