This was our second time staying first time was a great experience so we knew we were coming back just a few small things that my wife would like to see attention to. We didn’t have a microwave in a our room this time and the bathroom was a little dusty behind the doors and in the vent And she was asking about a fan in the bathroom which it didn’t have not sure if the other room had a fan that filtered out the moisture, but this one didn’t have one and one small towel had a stain on it like I said the stay was great just a few small things that can surely be fixed We would definitely be back.

I was very unimpressed with the property and my stay. There is limited food options on site and while the room has a mini-fridge, it lacks a microwave. In addition, there is no dedicated parking for hotel guests, so hotel guests must compete with casino guests for parking. On two nights, I had to park a significant distance away from the entrance because there were no parking spots and it was very cold. Parking is uncovered as well. Furnishings in the room are okay, but definitely not what I expected for a highly rated property. Definitely overpriced.

I was a bit disappointed when the desk personnel told me to comeback 1030 am and it was 8:30 at that time, because my rebooking is not in their system yet, that it takes at least an hour to reflect. I came from night shift work and i extended my stay for another 3 nights. I though everything is automated now a days! How come Ballys system is not?
