Walking from the parking spot was convenient. However, I wish they had valet parking. It would’ve made it much easier to carry my bags. Nevertheless, once I saw I was signed in, it was a comfortable and very relaxing visit.

Check-in was friendly, and efficient. The hotel is bright and clean, and the rooms are spacious. Loved the roomy walk-in shower. We had a delicious meal at the 'well-lit" Sugar Factory. Very bright! I did not enjoy passing through the smokers that were right outside of the facility, or the limited nearby parking spaces,

False advertisement for the spa, theres not much to do there. Also, if you want something stolen off your car (litereally)this is the place for you to go. Its also suppose to be a smoke free room but our room smelled like all cigarettes. But we are thankful for the workers that helped us. Like the bell hop that helped with our bags and also called someone to help us with the smell in the room so thank you to the one that also came to spray the room. Other then that. Its not much to do there or around. I still have yet to hear anything back from my stolen item off my car in their parking lot, Thats has cameras(supposivly) and was supoose to look at that day and let me know the next something the next day.
