The Space:
This spacious 3-story house is divided into 6 separate condos. The building is perfect for larger groups of friends or families that want to vacation together but still have their own suite to relax in at the end of a fun day exploring the city.

The open floor plan accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. It has a breakfast bar with 2 seats and living room with high ceilings. This unit is smartly finished and furnished with quality stainless steel appliances and flat-screen TVs. Comfy, minimalist design and thoughtful details like upholstered headboards and subway-tiled showers add modern personality. Every room has hardwood floors, central A/C, and free WiFi. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with essential cookware and cutlery and all linens are provided in each apartment.

Please note this condo sleeps up to 6 guests: 2 in the primary suite (king bed) and 2 in each of the 2 secondary bedrooms (queen beds).

This listing includes ONE PARKING SPACE.

Upon arrival, guests enter through the rear entrance of the house near the parking lot. This condo is located up the stairs one flight to the 2nd floor.

The Wonderer includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! Guests will have access to this suite and will have all of the essentials they need during their stay.


Please don't inquire about additional parking as we don't have access to any. The closest garage is at the corner of King and Spring Street at the Hyatt Place about 6 blocks away. If you have more than one car, please plan for that.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely free of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is free on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.

Parking: Our parking lot is very tight. We do not have parking for any oversized vehicles. If you have questions about whether or not your car will fit, please ask. Additional overnight parking available at the Hyatt Place on King Street for $18/night.

No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Our group of three friends stayed here and the property was clean and located in a safe area that was close for walking around. The parking is tight as described and large SUV's should NOT be parking in the spaces but the parking is truly the only complaint. Would stay again!

Birthday Celebration in Charleston SC
The stay was amazing from the ease of check-in, to the location and availability of great things to do. Access to The Wonderer was also an amazing perk. The staff there (Tom, the manager and Danielle, the hostess) were very kind and cordial to us, as when we walked in right at 11:00 am, all seats were taken. They helped us out though. The accommodations were great, with just about everything we needed in the kitchen. We were celebrating a special birthday, and the owner assisted in setting up a balloon bouquet upon request, for our arrival and our friend was thrilled. THANK YOU for an amazing girls' weekend birthday celebration!!!!

I have no complaints about this property! We had a great time and the space is beautiful. The parking space is really tight but I was warned about that and there are a few stairs if you have some physical challenges. Otherwise, perfect!

Loved our stay at this fully renovated building. Could not have been more comfortable or enjoyable apartment on second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we could need for our stay, beds were comfortable. Parking can be an issue if you have a large suv. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Spot
Although, we were informed by an Uber driver, the two years ago the neighborhood this houses in would not have been safe, we found the direct opposite to be true. Not only was the unit, beautiful and spotlessly clean, there were bars and restaurants with a short walking distance, and if you don’t feel like walking complete downtown, Ubers are always available. Definitely a place I would pick again on my next trip to Charleston.

I stayed for my bachelorette weekend and it comfortably fit 6 of us. It is a very cute apartment decorated nicely. spacious for the 6 of us and the two bathrooms. it was clean and easy to check in to. the only downside is we had to take Ubers to get closer to town. otherwise i would recommend.

Good instructions for checking in. Had all we needed. Apartment was clean and beds comfy. We didn’t have a car and it was about 1 to 2 miles walking distance to main downtown areas. Uber typically a $10-$12 ride if you don’t want to walk. Enjoyed our stay here!

Great location but issues with the property
Overall the property was nice in a good location. However, when we first got to the property the code had changed so we couldn’t get in and had to call the management to get the new code. One of the bedrooms had a bed with a broken frame and they didn’t fix it during our stay so we were unable to use a bed. The toilet in the hall bathroom was leaking every time we flushed so we were also only able to use one bathroom. Other than these issues, the property was nice and the location was convenient and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location and walked everywhere downtown. Parking was a bit tight, but doable with our GMC Acadia. We definitely would love to stay there again!

Great girls getaway!
Great place! Very clean & comfortable. The property management was very responsive when we had an issue with the front door keyless entry. It was a little ways to the major sights & shopping but we didn’t mind walking. Would highly recommend adding light blocking shades or curtains. It was hard to sleep in the AM because the sunlight was so bright in our rooms. Overall lovely place & would recommend it!

Great overall. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Water pressure in back bath sink needs work but shower was fine. Still agree with previous reviews an additional chair is needed in the living room. Bedroom tv would have been an added bonus. Parking was doable. Would stay again.

Great location
We really loved the location of Morrison Manor. Cannonborough is a great neighborhood with good restaurants everywhere. It’s also within walking distance for many of the tourist sites. The condo is nice and well set up.
