I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this place. The staff was wonderful. Despite being clean, there was always someone cleaning. Front desk people were fantastic and the breakfast was great. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend staying here. Close to downtown. Had a wonderful stay.

The Hotel staff are the most kind and polite people you can ever hope for in your travels. Beale Street is just a short walk away as well as other points of interest! The rooms are super clean and the beds are extremely comfortable!

Very nice hotel, convenient for walking to Beale Street for most all of the restaurants and music venues. Good breakfast. Best of all the free parking!!! Price was great for Memphis and would definitely stay there again should we make a return visit to Memphis.

The hotel was doing construction during our stay. It did get noisy but where our room was, it wasn’t too bad. The room was really nice and large. It was clean. Staff was really nice. It was located downtown. I felt safe and free parking was great to have.

Outside construction was taking place during our stay, which didn't really effect our stay except some of the debris was blowing around the parking lot. Inside construction was completed before our stay and the rooms were nice and updated. The hotel is convenient to the downtown area (Beale Street) and the River park, which is why we chose this general location.
