Inside is nice. Nothing overly special about the room. It shows some age, but it was clean. Asked for a rollaway bed, but never got it. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest either. Not terrible, but a little sketchy after dark. A short walk to the Prudential Center, but again, walking back after dark… A little pricey, but expected for downtown. Parking is $20 and pretty limited. All-in-all it served its purpose, and we were mostly satisfied.

Upon arrival at approximately 8:30 PM, I encountered an unpleasant reception experience. After raising my concerns, I was attended to by a staff, who addressed my request for drinking water. She informed me that the hotel does not provide bottled water and directed me to a water filter near the reception. Unfortunately, the water was contaminated with bees and flies, which raises serious concerns about its safety. Additionally, when we checked into our initially assigned room, the receptionist assured us it was non-smoking. However, upon entering, we were greeted with a strong smell of smoke, making it unbearable to stay. We were then moved to a second room, which also had an unpleasant odor. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to stay there that night.

A pleasure to stay at Robert Treat Hotel
Just want to say thank you for the room. It was great and the bed was very comfortable. Also an extra thank you to the security guard who assisted me when my vehicle was locked in a public car park and allowed me to use his phone to call the parking attendant to open the garage and ensure I made my flight home. Thank you again!

Trashy, Hotel prices with motel look and feel. Dirty carpet with stains. Brochure states coffee maker in room but staff states removed, no longer offered. Blankets were light fleece materials and had cigarette holes. It smelled of Marijuana throughout the hotel. Beds and pillows were lumpy. Asked for additional Blankets and/or heat and was told there were not any heat and no more Blankets in the entire hotel. Make sure you add fee for parking as there is no free parking. Used to be a high class establishment back in the day, now it's not even a step above a motel.

Was pleasantly surprised once I hit the lobby & saw all the restaurants but unfortunately the room smelled a little moldy. It was a one night stay so it served its purposed and there wasn’t any cleanliness issue.. it just smelled stuffy
