Booked this hotel first time for couple nights. No Air conditioning for the first night and they provided table fan. Technician couldn’t fix the next day after several attempts, had to move to different suite next day 5 pm. Coffee machine replaced twice and 3rd one worked. No matter how clean and trendy this hotel was, couldn’t get a decent night sleep.

Great location for the concert we went to. The room was big, modern, and clean! Will never stay anywhere else in Winnipeg again.

Pros: * The staff were very friendly and approachable. * The room was very clean, and overall had a nice atmosphere that matched expectations in regards to how it was marketed. * Excellent location and a quick drive to all places A few minor things that I think could have been better: * Wifi kept cutting out while watching Netflix * Showers don’t have shelving to put your own personal items onto such as body wash or shampoo. We placed our stuff on the shower floor. * No pool or hot tub * Purchasing snacks at the lobby is a little pricy

The hotel was great for my short stay on business. Tim Hortons attached along with Brown Social House made it very convenient. The area just up the street from location is sketchy with people however have come to understand that is normal for Winnipeg. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m In town.

I liked the hotel a lot but we were there for vacation and there wasn’t so much to do near the hotel. If you need to be downtown I give it five stars. If you’re there for summer vacation it’s probably more of four stars. The staff I interacted with were great. Good bar and restaurant next door. Room is large, nice and clean. The window is on one side so not super bright.
