This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Winnipeg, close to many major attractions. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking is available in the back of the hotel for a reasonable price. And there is a complementary breakfast.

The security person saw that we had a large amount of supplies stored in our vehicle for a week long fishing trip. He informed the front desk, who contacted our room and informed us that the supplies were not safe. That homeless people would probably break into our vehicle and take the supplies. That we should move it in to our rooms instead. Their proactiveness prevent a tragedy for us. Very thankful!

The breakfast was very bland. Every thing seemed to taste like prepackage and heated food. Parking spaces are small and hard to get into. The staff was exceptional. The room very nice.

We've stayed at the Humphry several times but not likely to return. There were hidden charges, the price was not was was listed. There is now a parking fee that was also not listed at the time of booking.

The hotel is quite nice. Very clean. The breakfast was good. I was a little concerned about parking downtown and was going to leave my vehicle at a friends. But I came in and asked the staff about parking and decided to leave my vehicle. I’m the morning I woke up to a parking bill for $12. The $12 doesn’t bother me as much as the unauthorized use of my credit and the fact that they made no mention of parking fee when I specifically came in and asked about parking. The Expedia website highlights that parking is available here. But then when you actually link on the amenities, you see that parking is available for a fee.

It is close to the forks and the exchange district. Things that we noticed were a lack of usb outlets in the room, and the toilet seat was not attached properly. Also, breakfast did not have enough gluten free options.
