Great stay, fussy grandma at the front desk!!!
Great place to stay, HOWEVER the lady at the front desk chased me into the parking lot fussing about my keys, which were in my room for pickup. Chill out fussy grandma, don't chase guests out to their car in the AM. You were a negative note on a great stay!

I did not find it a good value for the cost. Stained carpets and floors were terrible. Pool was closed. Not a well maintained building.

The location is great. The Best Western is clean and the facilities are nice. Hot breakfast food is not so great, but overall, we are happy with our stay.

Glad was just a quick overnight stop. Flies all over the bathroom, grubby counter by coffee pot, bed and couch very worn. Bed was like an old hideabed mattress.

Front desk staff was top notch! She has a very humorous check in speal, very enjoyable after a 6 1/2hr drive. We need more guest services like her! Pool and Hot Tub with towels. Fresh fruit, granola bars and cookies in lobby at no charge. There is an Applebee's and Tim Hortons right out front of the hotel as is a WellNow Urgent Care. Our visit in and out in 1/2hr. Would stay again without a doubt. They are pet friendly too!!

Spent 2 days here, nice little place in a quiet area. Not too much to do outside but I loved the jetted tub room. Highly recommend for quick stays
