Decent 3 stars hotel
Good things: parking place, as it’s very crowded this is important, friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable bed, very close tot the beach, free sun beds for hotel guests, room size was good with quite new furniture. They have very good restaurant prices if you want to eat/drink there. Bad things: our room was placed on the 1st floor, close to the staircase. It was incredibly noisy, we literally heard each and every person passing by or in the restaurant area. So goodbye sleep around 7 am, while on holiday. There aren’t any mosquito window protections, we had plenty mosquitos in the room. Towels aren’t in such a good condition, but acceptable. Cleaning was done everyday, but superficial.

It was alright.
It was nice. It was an experience of Albanian hospitality and service. I’d stay again. Nice variety at breakfast. Toilet and shower were interesting. I’ve read reviews elsewhere with people bad mouthing it. It was good. I enjoyed it.

Very poor customer service
Arrived at the hotel to be told there was a power cut. We waited 4 hours without air-con, lights or running water. Eventually decided to book a hotel in another city & as we left hotel the power came back on. We were refused any sort of refund, even partial. Disappointed as hotel couldnt provide the service they advertised yet no hint of any compensation

Front desk and restaurant people were great and helpful. The beach section look sooo sad in the off season. Didn't know about the small playground on the beach in front of the hotel. Only one for miles (can get noisy). Room were nice and clean. Putting two single mattresses together doesn't make it anything else than 2 single beds. Stop selling that stuff as a double/queen or king bed. Parking and wi-fi were good.

We had a brief stay at Hotel Alion in July. The drinks were very good and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that there was no toilet paper in the rooms!!

I booked 2 separated nights so I experienced two completely different room The first night I was offered a Seaview room but the room is very used and dirty. I am quite disspointed but with this price I do not complaint The second book is another room on higher floors. The room is so new and clean. No complaints at all Overall the hotel is very good decorated, in the hallway, lobby and restaurant. Just the room from the first night was a problem Breakfast is amazing. With the seaview and a lot of variety and big portion.

Bra läge med strand precis utanför hotellet! Extremt lyhört, både ut mot gatan men också inne från hotellrum och korridor. Städning ok, dock hade alla handdukar fläckar på. Personalen hade verkligen behövt jobba på sin service. Fick aldrig ett hej, godmorgon, ett leende tillbaka etc.

Direkt am Strand und gut geführt
Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Strandpromenade die sich über Kilometer hinzieht und an der es unzählige Bars und Restaurants gibt. Das Hotel ist gut geführt, sehr sauber und jeder der Angestellten ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Von uns eine definitive Weiterempfehlung auch wenn unser Zimmer nicht wirklich groß war. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war aber ausgesprochen gut.
