I didn’t like that the shower wasn’t working and the staff didn’t gave us the proper attention . Besides taking so long to address the issue they couldn’t fix because we were there . We left without showering and no refund was made .

I am a returning guest and always stay at Tru for trips in the Valley. We checked in late having driven from Austin after work. The night time associate was not at the desk. When checking us in she had cheetos crumbs on her fingers and seemed annoyed that we were there.

I reserved 3 nights. Unfortunately my itinerary changed unexpectedly and so I had to check out a night early. I asked if I could get a credit at the front desk, but since I reserved my stay on Expedia they said it wasn’t possible to do it from their end. Otherwise my stay was very comfortable other than some noise up and down the halls and some stomping up stairs, otherwise its clean and brand new

The staff was nice and always greated us with a smile. While we didn’t utilize any of the games in lobby it was great to see those options. Our only complaint, which we didn’t complain about it as it wasn’t terrible, was our room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. But it wasn’t unbearable. We did let staff know when we were checking out.
