I booked two rooms for two nights got $25 food credit but didn’t get an upgrade. Our rooms had no view, loud air conditioning system, toilet paper roll screw was out and hanging off the wall.

Very good hotel. VIP benefits was not discussed by the staff when I checked in. I have to ask for a $25 voucher for food and beverages that should have been disclosed upon check in. Room upgrade was not offered too.

Beautiful hotel
I’ve stayed at this resort before and found it wonderful! The staff couldn’t be more helpful, the room was immaculate, and the bed was delightful. My only issue, which probably can’t be helped, are the other guests on my floor. There was loud talking, door slamming, loud televisions and this went on until 4:30 in the morning! UGH! I’m sure the hotel wasn’t full on a Wednesday night so why were we all on the same floor???
