"My partner and I had our first trip to Mexico and it was one of our favorites out of all of our trips in 8 years together. We visited Finest Playa Mujeres to celebrate our anniversary and Valentines days and they made it extra special for us. When you first arrive they take your luggage and gift you with welcome drinks of champagne. You also meet your concierge who is very helpful with any of your needs. Our concierge was Alfredo! Our room was very spacious with a king bed, rainfall shower, and ocean view terrace. Also, an in room jacuzzi and fully stocked mini bar! We loved the 24 hour room service included. Throughout our days we would indulge in the activities like beach yoga, trivia, sip n paint, coco loco lessons, and so much more. We made friends with Kevin and Govanny who made these activities so fun! We spent most of our time on the beach on the Excellence club side. The water was beautiful and the sand was very clean. One thing about this resort is that they are very conservative and environmentally friendly. We really appreciated the amazing service from Gustavo, Ricardo, and Victor on the beach. They made our days even more relaxing and enjoyable. Our nights were spent indulging in the restaurants! There was a versatile of options available like Shoji (Asian Fusion), Lizo (Tex-Mex), Dukes (Lobster house), Le Petit Plasir (French), Surf and Turf, Brass Steakhouse. Our favorite spot was Tinto y Tapas which serves Spanish dishes. We met Ivan, one of the kitchen manage"

"This was a beautiful brand new property that just opened November 2024. Very clean, everyone was very friendly. All of the restaurants were 5 star, but you MUST have a dinner reservation- no walk ins. If you don't have reservations, your only other option is room service (which was cold and limited) Overall, an amazing experience. "

"Visited Casa Del Mar with our grown children, 11 total. The house was just perfect. Right on your own little slice of beach. I could have spent the whole week without leaving the property at all. The master bedroom has a private deck, and another bedroom with 2 doubles has a private deck also. We rented 6 mopeds and had them delivered for the week. We drove them north as far as possible out to Isla Blanca, most stunning beach with just a few locals. Drove them to restaurants and grocery, etc. The more experienced drivers took them into the city also. There is tons to do within walking distance, Ferry to Isla Mujeres, fishing, snorkeling, parasailing just up the street. Uber Eats delivery is quick with tons of choices. If you’re traveling with a larger group, USAtransfers Is the most reasonable price. Get the app. 120 round trip from airport for 10 people. Taxi cost at least 70 one way for 2 people. It is not in the hotel zone but out on the edge, more of a local vibe than a touristy area. The host is very responsive, helpful and friendly, as was Ricardo the maintenance man.
