They had bed bugs in my room 231. When the issue was brought to norma the receptionist she was rude and denied the claim without watching the videos or pictures provided . She refused to let me speak with the general manger. Her and staff talked badly about me in Spanish. Housekeeper does not actually clean the rooms they just change the bedding ,towels and trash. Yes i washed the housekeeper “clean”. No chemicals where used at all.
