The lobby Area is nice and welcoming but the rooms and bathrooms are dated and they also smell like people smoke in there. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

For an overnight stay with renovations redesigned to address poor shower function, air conditioning, window covering function, safe requiring tech services, the breakfast and staff were excellent. Architecture like a bunker.

Hotel is very nice and clean, room was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient if you need to stay close to airport, shuttle was great and easy transportation before the flight. Highly recommend if you’re flying out early or have a rental car then you can drive to the center and there is parking garages as on option. There is very easy parking right near hotel.

Staff excellent 👏. Good rooms with good facilities. Food very good. However, menu options for dinner limited if you are staying for a week. I left early and asked for a takeaway breakfast. This was very poor with no choices compared to the breakfast which is excellent. They could easily have improved the takeaway with a nice cake and a larger sandwich. They can have a list of items and we select items. Poor value as I paid for a full breakfast and got a small ration.

This was a short stay for us, we needed a room close to the airport for our rental car return and early morning flight. Hotel is modern and spacious, staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and the proximity to the airport was convenient. The room was a little strange with 2 double beds pushed together to make a king and the comforter doubled as the sheet. The shower had a vent in it that you could hear music playing from which was all little creepy. It served its purpose for an early flight with a shuttle to the airport but was nothing special.
