Wonderfully located just about a mile from everywhere in town! If you're missing a little bit of the city life, Wichita Falls is just a short drive away!

The living space is perfect for relaxation or work! We have an adjustable 50" Roku Smart TV with Guest Mode perfect for catching up on your favorite programs! High speed internet is available everywhere on the property! Rest easy on the deep-set genuine leather loveseat! Enjoy the beautiful farmhouse furniture crafted by local artisan, A.A. Lynn Furnishings. You'll sleep soundly in our high quality queen size bed with warm, comfortable, and breathable bedding! Each window is fitting with blinds and blackout curtains for our light sensitive sleepers!

Kitchen:
Our beautiful newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances giving the kitchen a wonderfully clean look! Open shelving maximizes the space! The open shelf beside the range doubles are a kitchen island! Enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates at any time! You don't need to bring anything from home, the kitchen is supplied with cookware, dishware, and silverware!

This was an amazing little place. Perfect place to stop and rest in between a long road trip. The house was immaculate and had so much attention to detail. He restored most of the furniture himself and we loved it.
