Pros: The registration clerk was friendly and efficient. The elevator was fast and never had to wait for it. Our room was quiet and roomy. Plenty of cups and coffee for the morning. The breakfast that was included was a complete breakfast and cooked to order. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything downtown. Cons: Had to move cabinet under tv to get to a plug found a tshirt, a coin and some trash there. The lobby wasn't particularly inviting standing in front of an automatic door that kept letting the frigid air in while we waited in line.

Dont get room 114 or 115!
If you dont want a view of the wall from the window, do not stay in room 114 or 115! I had to request a different room as I didn't want a view of the brick wall. Did not get a pic of that or the view from room 110 which is actually of the pool, Pro and Cons here Cons- Lack of ports for your phone or laptop, and no desk for your laptop. Was going to join their players club but their machine was broken so couldn't Pros- Friendly staff! Decent size room, parking is ok. Overall, I dont think I would stay here again, not sure I would recommend this place, but most certainly would recommend to avoid those two rooms I mentioned

We found many items including a Maj vape in the room, along with several others items which lead me to believe either the staff had not been trained properly, that's on management. Or not follow-up on written notices of issues. Again, supervision or management. It starts at the top, and I've been in senior management almost my whole life. Please get it together or you will lose. Sorry.

The balcony and staff were nice, and the free breakfast at the restaurant was great… but the beds were so uncomfortable that we had to leave in the night for our 8 hour drive so we didn’t hurt our back anymore. Unfortunately the second floor also had a set of stairs after the elevator so we couldn’t take our luggage cart to and from the room. The doors were loud so anytime someone would close theirs in the hall it was very loud (it was quiet despite that aspect). Our daughters were also disappointed that the pool was green leaving them unable to swim. As convenient as the location is, it’s just too uncomfortable for us to consider for our monthly trips to elko from out of state.

Perfect Place to Stay
We just need a room for a night, and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to restaurants downtown, casino for after dinner fun and a full breakfast in the morning before we had to head out for our final destination. Would definitely stay here again.

Disgusting. Nothing like any picture on Expedia. Open courtyard with exterior doors. 3 guys drinking beer & smoking outside our 1st room. 2nd room at the end of a sketchy “hallway” with a jury rigged plywood door to somewhere. Great place for an ambush. Checked out 10 minutes after we got there.of course because it was booked through Expedia hotel would do nothing. Been on hold 3 times with Expedia since then. Never a pick up.

The first room they gave me I opened and someone was sleeping in the room. They gave me an occupied room. The heater did not work. Was 61 degrees in room. Could hear the next room talking. Shower head was also plugged.
