The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in several days and the bathroom floor was disgusting. The mattress and boxsprings were terribly stained. The room smelled terrible. Several items were not in working order. When we got home we washed all of our clothes and our bags for fear of bedbugs. The Excellent rating for this hotel was absolutely not correct.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. There were lots of choices for breakfast and liked that it started at 6 which is earlier than most hotels. Only downside was there weren’t many options for dining that were close.

No one at front desk for 10 minutes to check us in. Very unhelpful and defensive desk clerk. Reservation via Expedia not found. Had to make a separate reservation for a room. Great breakfast. Quiet but small queen bed room.

Our review of this property is mixed. The lobby and room were very attractive, and our room was quiet. Breakfast service was good. They had a variety of items to choose from all fresh. On the other hand, the tub and floors in our accessible bathroom were very slippery. we relied heavily on the grab bars for extra stability. The bed was quite tall making it difficult for a person with mobility issues to climb into. Our used towels were removed but not replaced by housekeeping and the bed was only partially made up.

Can't believe we were the forest to complain!
Another dated hotel. Shower door was missing all but 6" of its waterproof stripping, thus causing bathroom floor to flood after a shower. Towels were too brief to sop it all up. Floor stripping in shower was moldy. How could that happen? A shot of chlorox would have cleared that up.

This hotel was very nice. I appreciated the snacks they had available for purchase. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and well stocked. There was a few paint chips and the thermostat was cracked, but it still worked. Would recommend
