Sad and disappointed the hotel moved
1st things 1st. We have stayed at "this" Best Western over 6 times. Well we had no idea they MOVED ACROSS THE STREET. We would not have book if we had known. The 1st room, the toilet did not flush, the heat did not work The 2nd room, the shower leaked and there was damage outside of the shower of the repeated leakage. The mini fridge FROOZE all of our left overs and drinks. There was not a do not disturb sign on the door, so i stopped at the front desk before leaving. The gentlemen stated he would let housekeeping know. Well they were in the room. All and all it was just not a great stay. We will move on to a different hotel for our visits home.

Our stay started off well however we then became stranded after a winter storm due to the parking lot not being plowed, we also asked the evening before for a late check out the next morning as the roads were closed and we wanted to wait to see if they would open before booking an additional night but we were told this was not possible. The male staff did not help the female staff shovel and basically stood around. We checked out before the usual time as the road was open however it became closed again causing us to have to stay again but we choose to stay at another area hotel. I travel annually to your town and will not choose your hotel again.

When I arrived they didn't have my reservation. The staff were very helpful and I was able to get the issue resolved quickly. The room was mostly clean. The mattress on the pull out bed was well worn and stained and we had to ask for sheets and blankets. I was not a fan of the sliding glass door on the bathroom because it did not close well. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway and close to many amenities such as shopping and food.
