I walked to the counter to check in around 9 PM. As soon as I reached the counter I was told to hold on she needed to use the rest room. She returned 15 minutes later. She then told me that she didn't have the king room I booked available. I accepted what she had. When I got to the floor, the door to my room was wide open. Then there was no shower curtain. I called the front desk and was told to come down to the lobby and she’d see what she could do. I went down and was told they had no shower curtains available. After showering with no curtain, i was cleaning up the floor and under the bathroom counter there was a pile of dirty towels pushed back in the corner. Disgusting and terrible customer service. If you have a choice-Don’t stay here.

The pool, though smaller than I expected was heated and just the right temperature! The staff was great and breakfast was kept well supplied even though it was busy.

Overnight while visiting hospital patient
Just needed a place to stay overnight but fit the bill great. Nice places to eat nearby, room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t use any amenities, but would stay again.

The hotel was average. When we checked in we was told they only had 1 room for us instead of the 2 we booked. When i showed them the receipt i was told there was nothing they could do for us we would have to book another room and pay for it the contact Expedia for a refund. We did finally figure out the issue and got both of the rooms we booked but they were supposed to be adjointing room since we had kids in the 2nd room but they ended up being across the hall from each other and not adjointing. Staff did not try and remedy the issue. Rooms were clean but when we went to use the dryer it was out of order. At breakfast the coffee machine broke. Not sure that i would stay at this hotel again.

The property is under renovations , The fan in the bathroom doesn't work, The front desk Employee was anti third-party (Expedia). The AC definitely needs to be cleaned nothing like breathing mold all night. We couldn't leave the window open there was no screens.

Disgusting
We checked in later than the 4 pm check in, and were told there were no clean rooms for us. We were handed key cards for a room that wasn't checked yet so we could check it for her to see if it was clean! The room smelled horrible and the beds were not made. Upon returning to the front desk, she gave us key cards for a room that she said was reserved for someone else because we had our kids with us and she felt bad for them. I wouldn't mind if she took responsibility for this, but blaimed the website I booked the room on instead. The room we stayed in also smelled horrible upon opening the door. The air conditioner was loud and looked like it had mold growing on it. Black mold was in the shower. The bed was comfortable, but I felt itchy all night. We have stayed at numerous hotels in Erie every summer, and this was the worst experience we've ever had.
