Very nice 3 night stay. All good except hot tub was not working. Door lock failed, problem was handled quickly by staff. Would stay again.

A majority of the staff were courteous and friendly. My reason for the lower rating in this area is due to One male staff member making me feel very uncomfortable while I was in the casino. He complimented me regarding my voice and looks then proceeded to follow me around the casino as I played multiple machines. I did not feel comfortable bringing it to staffs attention while staying there. The room was clean and comfortable other than noticing a clump of hair in the shower drain prior to using it.

The room and facility was great but the parking was not fun for ADA. We had a tall van and had to park across the street and haul our stuff in the rain. It wasn’t fun.

Beautiful room very comfortable bed; inviting lobby and restaurant. I was very disappointed that the pool was extremely cloudy. You could not see the bottom and the hot tub was broken. No sign around to inform guests that it was broken. No, the compensation was offered for the inconvenience of all the facilities, not being functional.

A couple things I did like about the property were 1. The food in the dining was decent. Their halibut special was very good. 2. The room was large and updated. 3. The covered garage parking was nice, especially since it was rainy. Things I think can improve 1. I was placed in a room on the first floor because I had my small dog. That night though we both kept getting woken up at least every 30 minutes because of the people walking or running down the hallway. I slept terribly. 2. The bed was loud, squeaky, and uncomfortable. I think the springs were going out and I could feel them as I slept. My back hurt the next day. 3. When I got there, there was hair in the trash and debris left over in the mattress sheets. The shower floor was also dirty.

There were people partying in the hallway all night long; it was fight night but geez until 4am? Other than that we had a good time. The rooms are a bit small but clean. The air conditioning system is super loud the building felt like it was humming and vibrating the whole time.
