A couple things I did like about the property were 1. The food in the dining was decent. Their halibut special was very good. 2. The room was large and updated. 3. The covered garage parking was nice, especially since it was rainy. Things I think can improve 1. I was placed in a room on the first floor because I had my small dog. That night though we both kept getting woken up at least every 30 minutes because of the people walking or running down the hallway. I slept terribly. 2. The bed was loud, squeaky, and uncomfortable. I think the springs were going out and I could feel them as I slept. My back hurt the next day. 3. When I got there, there was hair in the trash and debris left over in the mattress sheets. The shower floor was also dirty.

There were people partying in the hallway all night long; it was fight night but geez until 4am? Other than that we had a good time. The rooms are a bit small but clean. The air conditioning system is super loud the building felt like it was humming and vibrating the whole time.

Staff on this property were very nice and efficient. I requested a rollaway at the front lady and the staff (gentleman) brought it to our room very quick. Breakfast voucher ($7) covers two fluffy pancakes, bacon or two sausages, and two eggs for your preferred style were quite good and serving lady at the eatery was super nice and friendly.

It’s alright
It was alright. Not a hotel to brag about. The hotel does not offer room service every morning. The safety lock on the door did not work. The carpet seemed dirty and smelled like sweat. Pillows were so flat like uncomfortable, also the bed felt really old and with deep holes. The food court was alright. Parking seems very unsafe. Anyone can park in the garage and anyone can come into the garage without having a car there. Area seems to be very safe so maybe that’s why? But as a foreign to that area and with kids, it did make me feel uncomfortable. Overall realized it was probably not worth the price.

The staff is not friendly. I think you’re supposed to feel welcome not a burden. I felt like I was just a burden to the staff who checked me in. An older lady with glasses, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Even though I needed help with something, I decided not to ask I didn’t want to deal with her. Took away from the hotel experience.

The good news is the room and especially the bathroom are very nice and spacious. The bad news was the view of the valley/ocean were hard to see as the windows were so dirty and a gas station is front and center before the distant views. I also was awakened at 5:50 by a forklift/maybe garbage truck beeping and moving abt - and I was on the 4th floor with window shut. Otherwise the room was nice and quiet.
