Some of the staff weren't very helpful, using "I'm still new here" to not try and resolve an issue I had. The walls were a little thin as well. Other than those items, the stay was fine.

Staff was very friendly, property was clean and quiet. The only this I didn't care for was the breakfast. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, and only scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast all the days we stayed.

Location was convenient to the Air Force Base, shopping, and dining. Room service everyday if you wanted it. Staff were helpful and attentive. Room decor was outdated, dark, and old. My biggest issue was ventilation in the bathroom. Vent fans were not located in the bathroom resulting in a very weak pull. This resulted in prolonged dampness and bathroom smells and humidity going into the main room. Ventilation was so weak that dark mold started to grow after two days in the room. Towels never completely dried after showering. Main course for breakfast everyday for the week I stayed was powdered eggs and thin bacon. There was a waffle maker and assorted cereals and bread goods. Also had apples. Very Bland.

At check in the young woman at the front desk was helpful and made check-in a breeze. I liked my room, quietly tucked by the stairs for easy access. The room was neat and bed was comfy. My son enjoyed the heated pool. The breakfast was filling (waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, bacon and eggs as options). Better fresh fruit options could have made it better. The staff ensured the breakfast area was neat and tidy. Everyone I encountered working was friendly, always offering up a smile. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area. It's within walking distance to several restaurants and directly across from Wright State.

Close Proximity to WPAFB Museum.
Hotel was exactly as expected. Couldn't give it 5 stars because they were re-doing the room next to us so it was a tad loud. Otherwise was happy with our stay. Breakfast was okay, nothing to brag about.

I have stayed at this motel any time I have come back to Fairborn for visits. The location to restruants, shopping and other places of interests along with the quality of the motel and outstanding service from the staff makes it a guaranteed reservation here.

Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast had variety. Staff Helpful. Very Clean. Did not like the Styrofoam small coffee cups and Styrofoam plates and plastic forks and knives were small and breakable. Couldn't cut butter.
