It was good overall but did lack a little bit more efficiency when it came to the terms they were asking when allowing my mom check to check in they wanted me to send a whole email allowing her to check in

We like the fact that it was in close proximity to the Hartford healthcare amphitheater where we had tickets to see a show. We like the ease of getting an Uber to transport us. We did not like the fact that our television did not work. After contacting a staff member and having him give us a new remote, we still were unable to change channels as we had wanted to watch the Olympics, so this was a disappointment.

The room was very small and smelly. Even though we were in the back of the hotel, there was a lot of noise all night long. The toilet didn’t flush in the bathroom and the toilet was incredibly low to the floor. Some parts of the bathroom were remodeled, but the bathtub was old and felt dirty. Definitely not worth what we were charged for the room.
