Check in was quick and smooth. The gentleman that checked us in was informative and clearly communicated our instructions. The facility itself is older and so the normal wear and tear is there but it’s still clean and comfortable.

Good But no so good
The property was fine the location was good. But the room was not what I expected. The bed was horrible and we had no hot water. We had to wait for maintenance to come fix whatever the problem was. They were aware of it because the maintenance man came with exactly what he needed to get the problem fixed. This hang up made us late to our event.

The traffic sounds but that's nothing they can do about that. Oh and was disappointed no continental breakfast. For $160 a night wasn't expecting to pay for breakfast. But overall good staff, comfortable room and clean.

My experience was not great with this property. I ate dinner at a restaurant nearby and got food poisoning during my stay and was sick most of the night. During the time that I could get sleep the fire alarm went off a little before midnight. I understand accidents happen and maintenance work was being done that caused the fire alarm to go off so I didn’t get too bothered. Due to my lack of sleep from me being sick I was planning on resting up until check out time which was at noon. Yet I was woken up 3 times by housekeeping to see if I was still in my room. It was just not an ideal experience. The staff at the hotel were very kind but I think do not disturb signs would be helpful in this case. My room did not have any I’m not sure that was just my case but it’s pretty standard in hotels to have this. The property itself is very nice and the staff is friendly, I just think these different factors cause my experience to be less than great.

The overall stay was not bad, except for inconsitent fees and the most ridiculous pushy security guard I have ever seen. I was staying there with elderly father on our way to visit family, I needed some space and was sitting in the by the entrance to the physical fittness center that is open 24 hours while getting the break I needed and waiting for some laundry to dry, also 24 hour service, and the security guard out of nowhere appears and starts to question wether I was a guest or not. I was not upset at this not at all and understand that anyone could sneak in and just pretend to stay there. Its after he verifys that I am staying there he still insisted that I am not allowed to sit there. I was literley forced to leave the hotel and wait for my laundry to dry at a restaruant next door. Even after I came back in and went to get my clothes he came to bother me and try to make me go. I just told him not to worry tomorrow I will check out and not be coming back.
