I took my family to Tropic Falls for my son's birthday. This was our first time staying at the TownPlace Suites. The hotel was relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom had minor wear and tear issues but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family traveling to Foley, AL.

Good Stay. Close To Everything.
It was a good stay. The room was good. Some of the people staying at the hotel was not abiding by the no smoking 🚭 signs the whole stay. But, that is normal. But, other than that, the stay was coolbeans.

Not worth the price
The appearance was fine but my husband killed a spider and a roach in the hotel room and the let out bed was not clean the mattress had dirty and candy paper stuck to it with yellow stains on the mattress cover. Also while making reservations we stated 4 people were staying them only left two sets of towels and wanted us to turn in a set before we could get another set.

The front desk staff is excellent and on top of it. I absolutely loved the older lady who did breakfast. She was so sweet and accommodating to our needs at breakfast.

Enjoyable stay
Overall this was a very nice hotel. There were stains in kitchenette area. Stains and hair in the bathroom. The card reader at the pool area did not work, so you needed someone to let you in. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. I loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants.
