Very convenient to the airport and cruise port. Dining and shopping areas within walking distance. Common areas of hotel are very nice. Room was ok - some wear showing in furniture.

Airport transfer a total nightmare, as airline crew can bump passengers off shuttle. We called ahead, shuttle came, refused to board us because airline crew showed up. We waited another 45 min after flying all day, and calling twice more. They need another van! Hyatt House much more dated than Hyatt Place across street. Booked House in error. The BEST thing was GREAT front desk folks! Diplomatic, kind, and helpful!

Property is awesome. In walking distance to entertainment and dining. Very nice and very clean. Breakfast is free but horrible but there are great food options within walking distance.

Good morning. Related to Hyatt Huse's $183.74 charge of 12/30/2024, wishobject to it as it is not the right amount. On several occasions we stopped by the front desk to let you know that there was another oneGuest making Market charges to our room. The manager told us that I would eliminate all the objectioned charges, but I have some from 12/28/2024 by thesum of $23.24 that does not correspond to us since in our stay, we never chargednothing about the Market.
