Bathroom sink was clogged. The refrigerator in the room kept leaking. Staff do not care about guest experience. This could be because they are under staff or because the staff are extremely inexperienced. This should have been a $130 experience and not $600 a night. I still have no idea why they charged resort fee. Is it because of the $2 water bottle in the room, because they had nothing else to offer.

Great location staff super nice and vale team are amazing. I would defiantly come back. Wind was bad and made it cold to enjoy the pool but the bar was nice to sit at and enjoy the ocean view watch football.

The hotel was clean and the staff was beyond excellent. Shout out to Santiago in Valet, Sean the bell-hop, Kassandra at the front desk who made my stay enjoyable. My breakfast from Riviera was delicious as well. The pool restroom was clean.

Cleaning service wasn’t coming to our room every day. We had to search for the cleaning lady some days for new towels. We expected a better service for the money we paid for this hotel. Also they offered two cocktails per day (inexpensive vodka mix with only lemonade, cranberry juice or soda). No pineapple or orange juices were allowed in the cocktails when they charge almost $50 per day for resort fees.
