We had 2 rooms booked. We got into one room but couldn’t get into the other until almost 2 hours past check in time. When we approached the room, the cleaning ladies were in there and gave attitude because we asked how much longer they would be. The second day we gave our dirty towels and got new. The new towels were covered in what looked like poop. Staff was notified and they said they didn’t have enough towels. But said once they wash them, they would bring us some. Never got those towels so we went and bought towels. We then found bugs so we had to purchase bug spray and spray down the room Because going to another hotel was not in the budget. We spoke with another guest, who was actually leaving because of the horrible service and bugs. She notified us that the hotel was not friendly about her situation and would not refund her. Used the toaster and had to put it on the blacony because it was smoking. Air conditioner barely worked. Also had to pay a $40 per room cash deposit when we arrived and was not aware of it. All in all absolutely do NOT recommend.

It’s a charming motel, the plants are amazing and creates a warm and inviting environment. Oliver the manager is a terrific human and is trying to create a special place. The room was not clean when we arrived and that was corrected. The cleaning staff could be more detailed oriented. The evening front desk guy is not helpful, closed the pool early every night he worked and kicked my kids out. He refused to allow us another blanket, so my two teenage boys fought over sharing one blanket. I will return!

We stay here a couple times a year, and it is just perfect for us. The price is great, the location is perfect, in the staff gives us no problems whatsoever. It is not the Hilton by any means, but it is the perfect spot for a low budget vacation.

Doesn’t have an overnight front desk and when calling the numbers for their “out of hours” no one answered until the morning. Arrived in at around 4am, had to sleep in the car. Housekeeping didn’t clean or replenish anything with all the stay. Room was average clean and old bathrooms with no ventilation

near the beach and a good price! very pretty pool and garden area! only thing was that there were ants in our room and the water didn't really get hot in the shower, neither of these things were really an issue though! the area is really nice and it's an affordable hotel so it's definitely worth it

This hotel is under new management. The new owner is very helpful and friendly. There is renovation in many of the rooms already. The room i stayed in had not been renovated yet. This was not a concern for me since I was looking for a low cost place within walking distance of the beach. I didn't research the hotel ahead of time and was pleasantly surprised with a small kitchen in the room. It was dated but exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. Free parking was also a bonus, since other places charge way too much for parking.

Roach Motel Florida
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was very disappointed. We had live roaches all over kitchen. Have pictures to prove. Management Tried to move us to another room. It also had roaches. Took several hours to get in touch with hotels.com to report the problem. Completely wasted my time on my vacation. Manager Oliver did not want to refund money for nights we did not stay. And he didn’t seem concerned about the roaches. He offered to spray room but we could still stay in the room. Only stayed one night as we found roaches the next morning. I’m a retired inspector and had to report them to the Florida health department. Which they verified the roaches. I have requested this hotel be removed from the list of hotels until roach problem is fixed.
