The girl at the front desk was absolutely awful. She immediately was rude and unhelpful. I have never been talked to like that by someoone in hospitality. This was our second stay and I will never go back.

I happy to pay a parking fee is 25.00 dollars and 15.00 fee for hotel services as soon as I arrived.!! I had no knowledge of this prior.. I won’t stay there again..Plus restaurant/bar closes early..

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. GM manager Raymond is racist and rude. Hotel is run down and old. Once you’re black they don’t care to assist or help you.

This is a wonderful small property in an excellent location. the facility has been around a while but it has been meticulously kept and remodeled and refreshed recently. the rooms are spacious comfortable and very clean, all with a river and Ocean view from the balcony. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel the whole team was incredibly accommodating and wanted to help. We had some unruly neighbors who took away some of the fun, the staff was more than up to the task of settling the situation and restoring the fun of the trip. all in all, don't hesitate to stay they will take care of you and the location really can't get better.

We have stayed at Sands Harbor Hotel for years due to its convenient marina, but our recent experience was disappointing. The hotel has undergone changes that aim to make it fancier, but it falls short. We booked a “Premier King Room” and it was not worth the extra charge. During our stay, we were woken up in the middle of the night by a party in the room next door, and the broken blinds allowed excessive light in. We were wrongly accused of smoking in our room, resulting in a $250 charge and being placed on a “no stay” list, despite not smoking there. Additionally, we paid over $500 for 2 nights for what felt like a 2-star hotel experience, with parking fees of $25 per night and my family paid marina charges exceeding $900 for a week. The hotel’s amenities, including uncomfortable beds and overpriced drinks, do not justify their high rates. The new ownership needs to reassess their pricing and standards. We will not be returning and will be disputing the smoking charge.
