The property is nice and the rooms are very nice and clean. The kiosk for check-in is unfortunate. It doesn’t feel like “America’s Best” when the kiosk experience lacks effective communication and poor customer service. Luckily the in house staff were able to make up for the bad experience with the check in.

There is a lively bar right next door to the hotel. The cleaning crew was great, friendly, and helpful. I still haven’t received my $100 deposit back though. I checked out on 9/24/2024
