Being greeted by a face on a computer screen was a bit awkward, and seeing no staff in lobby was strange, but the room was clean and quiet. The area around the inn is a bit dicey, but no one bothered us. Website should include details of no personal interaction, and state that breakfast is Continental.

The only thing I didn't care for was that we couldn't get the TV to work. You have to log in to Amazon using their Firestick, and we were unable to get it to work. No TV during NCAA March Madness was not good. Facility was satisfactory. Clean room, convenient parking, easy access, quick check-in, which is automated.

There was absolutely no service help whatsoever, and I have to check in and wait in the lobby for 45 minutes and go on with a gentleman and a kiosk. What a joke what happened to customer service

The pool was open and I had to go in for a dip at the end of December. Air temperature was in the low 80s and the pool was probably in the 60s. My only complaint was the hot water faded during the morning probably because of so many using it. Breakfast ends right at 9 so don't come in at 9:01 and expect to eat. They pull the milk and the bread right away. I also had to warm the butter packets in my hand while the waffles cooked because the butter was unspreadable being so cold and hard. It was the first time I talked to a screen to check-in and check-out. The dude on the screen was nice, even when my swipe key needed replacing because it didn't work.

I had a really nice time I was here for 3 nights. Very nice very quiet. Was able to go to the mall and come back and be in peace not too expensive either and the breakfast was awesome.

The location is next to a business, not suitable for family. The room was ok, but the bathroom faucets were not working properly. Booked two rooms, one of them had cockroaches. There was some strong smell in both rooms. Average hotel, not recommended for families

The property is nice and the rooms are very nice and clean. The kiosk for check-in is unfortunate. It doesn’t feel like “America’s Best” when the kiosk experience lacks effective communication and poor customer service. Luckily the in house staff were able to make up for the bad experience with the check in.
