In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.
*WET WEATHER Reservoir: Water conditions are not consistent or predictable due to the fact that water depth is subject to the weather. No water activities, with the exception of fishing (when water levels permit) are allowed due to the possible dangers of the primitive nature of the reservoir.
