The place, the space, the possibilities to reste ans also to be sable to dit outside Near the Little pound. What I did not like us Sam Sned restaurant. As Much as I liked IT the first Time, as Much I hot frustated by : non respect of what se Asker: we wanted to take slowly a Beer before Eating. The waitress insistes to take the order right away promising that she Will notify the kitchen about our requête. About 15 minutes l'autre, a young waitress bringé us the order. We are or ready and we explained to her the situation. She leaves without a Word, then the chief waitress comes and talks very loud to us, as if se had done something very bas. Everybody were looking at us. She would'nt listen. She Threat us that they Will put our dishes assise and serve IT as IT is IT was degrading and very hymiliating. We wanted to Return to the Radisson because on the good meals and the ambiance of Sam Snell. On the cleaneness the Radisson needs to improve.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel. The rooms are very modern and spacious which I love but my room this stay was a little dirty. Multiple dead bugs on the floor, hair in the bed sheets and sticky substances on the desk tops. Maybe just a one off as typically this is not the case

The bathroom wasn't clean at all. Pee drops on the toilet seat, hair on the floor and in the shower, in the corners and on the shower walls, the glass was obviously just dried without cleaning. In the bedroom they didn't vacuum, the fridge and the microwave were dirty. In short, the room was disgusting, we asked to change rooms and the second room was in the same condition. We asked to have the bathroom cleaned and they just vacuumed, then we asked again to have the bathroom cleaned and the housekeeping guy came and said: what do you want me to clean?, It's clean. We had to point out the pee stains and all the hair in the shower so he could clean it. Have been the worst experience in a hotel ever.

I liked the convince of the hotel being on the same property as the wedding venue. Easy walking access. I didn't like that there was only 01 bath towel in the washroom, the bathtub didn't drain & the television did not work. The signal just cut out and never came back on. The staff was friendly, the building was clean. Overall a good experience.

We loved our stay there, everyone was very helpful. You can eat breakfast downstairs, but that is the only meal they serve there. You have to go to the restaurant just down the walkway for other meals. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to scout out the laser tag or the bowling facilities on site. The only downside was on the 4th floor the shower water pressure was minimal. I have short hair and it took me 5 minutes to rinse the shampoo. Not sure what the other floors were like. The pressure in the tap of the sink was fine. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
