There was only one towel that we didn’t realize until we were already wet. And the duvet smelled. Not in a good way. Other than that is was good. Nice place new, clean.

We had a 4th floor room. On arrival only 1 elevator working. Caused long lines waiting for elevator. When we came back that evening after being out for a while the second elevator has stopped working causing everyone to use the stairs. In the morning when we checked out both elevators were still out of service. Had to lug our suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. No offer of compensation from staff. Apologies only.

It’s a really nice hotel. Very well taken care of and staff is awesome. Only draw back is you have to pay for breakfast where most other hotels include it for free and other hotels have pools.
