The toilet in my room (326) doesn't flush. The latch is broken. I couldn't use the TV bcuz the remote didn't work. I actually had to go to the front desk to get a remote bcuz there wasn't 1 in the room. The young lady at the front was very nice and helpful.
Booked a room one month in advance. Arrived and told they gave our room away an hour after check in time at 3:00pm. Very bad service. We prepaid for the stay as well. Do not do business with this hotel.
Absolutely terrible!! Filthy room with roaches. Had 5 rooms rented for work and all were nasty. Bandaid in tub. Used soap and wash cloth left in tub. Wash cloth behind toilet. Stains on walls. Roaches running everywhere in all rooms. Didn’t stay and left and manager refused refund
Had reserved room 5 hrs before chin due to emergency surgery of family member. Called 3 times to verify room and ok to chin after midnight when surgery was over, all verified not a problem. Get there @ 1:30 AM and was told room was not ready because maid never cleaned it so we had no room and nothing they could do so after all the verification calls and the long day of stress from waiting to hear the news on our loved one we were left with no room because none of the local hotels had rooms due to a game in town.
AM and PM front desk staff were very professional and attentive.
Room pest control and overall upkeep poor. General manager Amanda M. was unprofessional, unsympathetic, dismissive and unattentive to my first night room experience. If I were to rate my stay based on my limited contact with her, my rating would be zero stars. Despite my conversation Amanda M. and with Expedite's customer service and their conversation with Amanda M. she would not compensate me for my first night stay. A german roach greeted me on the coffee table. I killed one on the wall next to the bed and on the nightstand. A dresser drawer was missing the entire front. The refrigerator had no bulb and was hot. The freezer was barely cool. The night stand bulb was missing as was the shade holder. The carpet was not vacuummed. Even though Amanda M. was sitting at the front desk when I returned to the hotel after speaking to her on the phone and the call from Expedia, she did not trouble herself to get up and walk the 5 feet to speak to me in person. She gave instructions to the front desk clerk, talking about me in the third person. I had to lean over the counter to see her sitting at a table, to ask her name. All she said was Amanda. My second room was much better, but the nightstand light bulb was blown out. I will not return and do not recommend this
location.
