"Beautiful manicured property. Staff is helpful and friendly. The room and patio were very nice. Our room was next to the pool and bar. A little noisy until 9:00ish. "

"Firstly, the staff from the front desk to the security and pool boy are very welcoming and friendly. Kynesha was very helpful throughout our stay. I was truly impressed by all their professionalism. The room was immaculate and new. Everything was so worth every penny. Breakfast was good. Could have had breakfast at tables overlooking the beach. Outdoor fireplace at night was beautiful. Didn’t do the bar, but did use the hot tub on roof top. Also watched the sun set from rooftop. Beach was also beautiful, there weren’t any life guards really. We really loved our stay. "

"Jane, Emilienne, Mark, Roodelyne, Ellisona and all the staff were fantastic. So helpful and did everything with a big smile. They all felt like family by the end of our stay. Both restaurants were delicious. The clothing shop had all my favorite brands. The convenient store was perfect for snacks and sunscreen refills. The property is gorgeous. Pool area is fantastic. Beaches can’t be beat. I give it a 10/10. We will definitely be back to the Palm TC. We didn’t want to leave! "
