Disgusting and Broken
The entire hotel had a weird smell and the floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in days. In the room, there was mold in the bathroom along with the shower curtain rod pulling loose from the wall. It eventually fell when my daughter was taking a shower but thankfully it didn’t hit her. The pool was so small and the color of the water was dirty like the lake. The ice machine was broken along with the water machine. The entire facility lacks up keep and maintenance so you are better off saving money and staying at a roach coach for half the price.

There were bed bugs in my room 323. And I had to change in the middle of the night. They did help me and gave me another room. Also, I requested to wash my clothes and they did laundry right away.
