The customer service from the moment we entered was amazing. Carol Ann specifically was wonderful and so accommodating. She was kind, helpful and very focused on customer service. The location was great, lots of restaurants near by, the beds were so comfortable and room was very clean.

Our room had food on the floor as well as nail clippings, we checked in late and had been travelling all day so we didn’t have the energy to try and switch our room. The beds appeared to be clean which at that point was all we cared about.

Nice room, quiet, great staff
Only problem was entire hotel smoke free but room smelled like a dirty ash tray and could not get rid of smell even with air freshener. Would like to have bagels or toast with cream cheese and jelly. Light over mirror in bathroom needed replaced.
