The property is very nice for the area, with a grocery market and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is litterly across the street, but access requires a bit of a walk to get it...The owner is very friendly and lives on the property. We had our beagle puppy with us and the floors are laminated and perfect for dogs as it is easy to clean (we didnt have that problem as she is trained but you never know).. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

This was our first stay here, but we’ll definitely be back. Welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. My husband & I snore loudly, so we chose separate ocean view rooms next to each other. We both had great views and electric fireplaces in each room. We also brought our small, well-behaved dog who stayed with me. The inn is dog friendly with laminate floors in the rooms. Worked perfectly for our needs.

It is clean and check in was thorough. It would have been nice if the room had been warm when we arrived. The bathtub dropped all night and the TV turned on randomly throughout the night. At about $200 after taxes and dog fees on a Wednesday night, the price seems high, but it is on the coast. It is nice to have a fridge and microwave.

The room was quaint and the view lovely. We simply didn't have any chance to spend time there; arrived late and left early. Very much appreciated the natural food grocery nearby!

Especially enjoyed the one and only King Suite .although its upstairs ( and no elevators ) , the room itself has quite an ocean view . and yes Pets are Welcome !!

Over night for Thanksgiving trip to see family out at Sea Ranch. Perfect spot to stay in Gualala. If my parents didn’t live out at Sea Ranch and I was fortunate to have a staycation place out on the coast I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the woman’s name who checked me in, but super friendly and welcoming. Rented the Horizon / King suite, ocean view…beautiful room. Thank you for your hospitality!

I love the Great Customer Service, Becky is awesome! Always so friendly, very helpful , my Bestie and I really think she is so nice ! The rooms are just like you would find at an Inn, very comfortable beds , fireplace is perfect and this time we had the ocean view room and we were able to see the most beautiful sunset the first night we arrived. Last time we had a view of the river and just as nice ❤️❤️❤️
