"Located in a safe area of town close to dining, coffee and shopping. Walkable to bus and train stations, bus stops close by if you prefer. Hotel is lovely. Reception is up a few steps if mobility is an issue. Staff is friendly and always looking to improve your stay. Bar, lounge and restaurant are modern. Their cream tea was amazing and reasonably priced. We stayed in a triple. The room was lovely. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had towel warmer and towels were luxurious. Shower had good water pressure. We would definitely return again."
