This hotel is very run down. The hot water took 8+ min to warm up. The tub and shower pans are worn out and had pink mold, the sheets had stains and the towels are threadbare and very rough. The couch has cuts and stains and one front desk person was so rude and unhelpful. We stayed 3 nights, had to dump our trash and asked for more bags and were never given any. Other then location, this hotel is a 1-2 star at best

We were looking somewhere cheap and pretty quick to stay in for the night. The place had 7.8 stars on Expedia and didn’t look too bad. When we got into our room, I immediately checked under the mattress and found a couple baby roaches. The staff was kind enough to swap us rooms but probably won’t be booking here anything.

The staff was friendly and very helpful! The suite was ideal except for the slightly shabby condition of worn carpet and cabinets in need of refinishing or replacement! The bed was comfortable! Would stay there in the future!

The room did not feel clean, between stains on nearly every surface, lamps broken and unusable, and discoloration in the tub/bathroom. The whole hotel had an off-putting smell. Our air conditioner was broken and when the temperature got to 80 degrees, there was nothing they could do for us other than give us a fan. They had no extra rooms or maintenance to fix it. They did offer to change our room for the second night, but by the time we could it would have been more of a hassle.
