Falsely advertised
I specifically searched for a house with a pool table, and it was falsely advertised as having a Pool table in the description n in the pictures. 2 of my guest bought their personal pool sticks with them. So disappointing and so unprofessional!!

Very unique property, quiet with perfect amenities for a weekend of hiking and rafting. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the fire pit. The host was very responsive, but we had everything we could possibly need!

Great backyard!
We enjoyed our stay at the Booth House. We came for the proximity to our Uncles home in Shepherdstown but especially loved the large table where we could get 15 people for a big birthday dinner, the great backyard for can jam, the fire pit for s’mores, the hot tub that is so well maintained and so much more.

Our stay in Harper’s Ferry was very nice.
We had a family get together with 10 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked with cook wear which made cooking for the weekend convenient. The hot tub was lovely and so was the fire pit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped. Since our get together was a post Christmas party in early January, we appreciated that the Christmas tree was still up. One of the bedrooms on the second floor had no door, so that should be noted.

Perfect group getaway spot
This location far surpassed all of our expectations! The photos didn’t do it justice on many levels and there were many perks that weren’t even in the listing. The backyard was fully fenced-in, there was a hot tub, and even a fire pit. The bedrooms were spacious and everything looked like a hotel, from the bedding to the towels. The kitchen was spacious and made preparing big meals easy. Only minor inconvenience was the house WiFi didn’t extend to the bedroom area but that was MINOR. Definitely recommend and would go back.

Great family trip!
This house easily held 12 of us for the Thanksgiving holiday. So much to do in the area and access to the KOA campground amenities is an added bonus. Anything you may need while there, plenty of shopping locations within a short drive, as well as, plenty of options for eating out. If you choose to eat in, as we did a couple of nights, the table is more than enough to handle such a large group. The fenced in backyard was great for the kids to play and the dog to run around. We ran into a slight problem with the washing machine, but management was easy to communicate with and come up with solutions quickly. We will definitely be back!

Yearly Family Fun
Great house for our family of 12 + our dog. Plenty of room for all. Kids loved the hot tub! Fenced in back yard was good to keep both the kids and dog near the house. House provided towels, linens and supplies. House floorplan has 4 bedrooms down stairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and all bathrooms are on the first floor.
Access to the campground provided plenty of activities for the kids. We used the pool, bounce pillow and playground. We enjoyed sand art, bead jewelry making and stuff an animal. We would definitely recommend this house and Harper's Ferry!

Just what we needed
Nothing fancy, but just what we needed for our group of 9. Only things I would quibble with were (1) we had some problems with ants in the kitchen, but they were pretty quick to get out and take care of the problem, (2) there are some pretty low ceilings if any of your travelers are rather tall (over 6'), and (3) the WiFi was rather unreliable, but we didn't really need to use it much. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Jessica was helpful and check-in was super easy with the door code.

Great property!
House was even better than we imagined from the listing. Backyard is amazing and all the beds/accommodations were super comfortable and modern. Super convenient check-in and check out process. Centrally located to the campground and surrounding attractions. Couldn't have imagined a better place to stay. No complaints from us!

Historic Booth House for Christmas 2017
We had a wonderful Christmas at the Booth House. Plenty of rooms, and plenty of kitchen space and amenities. Really appreciate the extra care, including plenty of towels, provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Great touch! Highly recommend. Would love to stay in the spring or summer as well.

Great!!
The house was great! Perfect size for all of us, was well taken care of by the KOA. We enjoyed the closeness to the camp ground. But also enjoyed having our own private space. I do wish they shared more about the fascinating history of the house, but I was able to google! The kids loved the hot tub, the adults loved the fire pit, and we all slept wonderfully! We hope to be able to stay there again!

Fantastic house for group trip
We had a very large group (a full house including two toddlers) and this house was great. There was plenty of outdoor seating for everyone for meals, two of the rooms had plenty of space for a pack and play/toddler bed (one has a walk in closet). The beds are *extremely* comfortable. One of the two full baths is ensuite to one room, which is a bit awkward, because considering how many people were staying in the house, more than two people needed to have access to that shower. The decor is lovely but also minimalist, which is great for traveling with small children (very few breakables.) The room with two twin beds doesn't have a door.
The hot tub was lovely and extremely clean. There is also a large backyard which the kids loved running around in. The kitchen is huge (5-6 adults could easily cook at the same time) and was well stocked with basic cooking supplies in good condition and there is a coffee pot in addition to the keurig. I would recommend bringing extra trash bags (and there is recycling at the KOA, but there is only one trash can provided at the house) as well as your own saran wrap and/or storage containers/ziplocks if you'll be cooking. Basic travel toiletries and dish soap were provided, which is always nice. Parking fit 6 cars.
We enjoyed being able to go to the KOA pool and use the facilities. We also were able to walk over to the national park, and with parking in downtown Harper's Ferry being pretty limited, it was nice to be able to just drive to the park and catch the shuttle.
