A Very Hygge Cabin!
My wife and I came here for a short weekend trip to go hiking and visit wineries. The cabin reminded us of places we stayed when we were in nordic countries before and was very hygge (i.e cozy). The host was top notch on communication. We definitely want to come back and bring our children in the future!

This was a great spot for us. The place was very clean and well stocked. I will say, the grill needs some attention. It was electric and didn't get very hot. This is petty I know! But this is a fantastic place and we will be back

Wonderful Getaway!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property and its amenities. Not only was it exactly what we were looking for in terms of quiet, cozy, almost a camping feel. But, there were very nice surprises. K-cups filled up, grill lighter and fire starter included with pre-cut wood for campfire.The only constructive feedback I would give, is that the steep driveway was a bit of a surprise. Once I navigated it once, it was no problem. But, maybe a heads up once the place is booked!

Well-appointed, super clean vacation home with everything you need while you’re away from home! Comfy and cozy, in a beautifully relaxing setting. Less than 15 min to downtown Dahlonega, an easy drive. Excellent communication from the host! We will be back for sure!

The house was extremely clean with all amenities + more. We had a fire every night at the fire pit and the location gave us privacy. We will definitely return! We met Peter and Karen and what a great couple! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

Restful Retreat
My wife and I enjoy the Dahlonga area and this was the best accommodation that we have stayed at. We enjoyed the peace and quite being up in the hills outside of town. We spent a significant amount of time relaxing outside and even had a doe am=nd her fawn approach within 15 feet of the front door. The property was exactly as described; clean and well stocked. The owner was easily reachable and responsive. We were very pleased that the driveway was paved as the slope both coming in and out are a challenge. Would certainly stay here again.

Gild panning adventures
We booked this place as a hub for a gold prospecting adventure. This place is wonderful just as advertised. Privacy was top notch everything we needed was provided for us, except groceries of course lol. But all in all this was a fantastic trip and a very nice place to stay. Cozy mountain cottage
We were first greeted to the Nortic Overlook with a momentary heart attack whit the steep decline drive that quickly grades to a similar hillside drive climb bringing you to the beautiful little picturesque tridecagon cottage. Peter has done such a wonderful job of giving you a relaxing mountain cabin feel and a sense of seclusion from the rest of the world. Was such a wonderful and relaxing stay. Will absolutely be our first option on our next visit to Dahlonega.

Cute house & very clean
Very clean & relatively close to town. Not as secluded as I had hoped, but cute setup. Driveway was a bit startling & front door windows and bathroom windows need to be covered better. Perhaps more towels could be provided as well? Overall, the perfect size and games and puzzles provided were a nice touch.
