One of the elevators wasn’t working when I got there the during weekend and had to take stair since it was taking so long but other than that hotel was wonderful

There were several problems with this reservation. I was given a room 113, I went to it. It was past the restaurant and bar on the first floor. This made me quite nervous. I went back to the receptionist and asked for another room. They gave me 212. As I found out, it was way way down the hall being 78 with luggage. This was a very difficult move. The room was OK until I went into the bathroom. There was no lotion in the dispenser. The shower hot/cold Faucet was broken. The coffee machine I had to move to get close to an outlet in other words, this was not what I expected from a Hilton.

We went for a TKD tournament there on 1/10/25. After the tournament was we had a banquet. I guess the tournament was running late so when it was time for the banquet the wait staff and manager were annoyed. After the banquet my son had to compete in the finals and didn’t touch his dessert so he doesn’t crap up. My wife asked the manager if it was ok to pack his dessert so he can eat it later. The manager said no. It was so rude. Apart being that the salmon was bland, the filet mignon was all well done and least let us have the dessert which looked to have more moisture than that beef jerky filet mignon. The front desk was great, but that’s abt it. I don’t want to even talk abt the broken fridges, microwaves and heater we experienced during a 2 night stay.

It was good. Heating system a bit noisey and would have liked a Keurig and microwave. Second day TV would not go to channels so I just used my laptop to watch TV.
