Great location and private pool
Old Florida cottage. Newly remodeled kitchen. Could’ve used new furniture in the bedroom, living room, and pool loungers, but it was spacious and clean. A nice layout, good supplies, perfect location and great pool!

Loved the location. Kevin the caretaker was great. Pool area the best. It needs new pool chairs, sun loungers, falling apart very old. Shower hot and cold are reversed. Pool heater turned off after three days. No propane for the grill. But we enjoyed our stay.

Mykonos is a wonderful place to just...be!
Wonderfully clean and comfortable. So many large spaces to enjoy, and we did enjoy them all. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to work in. The pool is very well maintained. All in all, a great experience. We will be back.

Clean house, master bedroom great bed comfortable. Other two bedrooms , full size beds very uncomfortable. Need 2 twin beds in each room . Kitchen well stocked, drawers need to be replaced. Shared bathroom fantastic, great shower. Air vent in hall ceiling needs filter replaced. Pool is enjoyable, with many tropical plants. Beach is a short walk and breathtaking. Lanai is a added bonus . Would definitely come back . Maintenance man lives next door , he is very helpful!!

Disappointing Property
This property is very outdated and had several broken unusable items. There were outlets that were not working, the grill was rusty, the iron was rusted, the property was dirty, the return vent was filthy. The beds were in terrible condition. The outdoor gas heater had a metal top that was added that had some paint on it that would burn when in use.

Great family vacation
Great family vacation, the house was exactly as listed. Aside from some older funky furniture in the living room the stay was great. Super close to the beach and pool was nice and big. Only thing about the pool is that it's 5 feet deep all around so if youre vacationing with young ones that can't swim bring appropriate floating equipment. Also there are lots of plants around the pool that you'll want to clean before your dip. I would totally rent this space again.

Awesome place
It was great space for the size of our family 5 adults and one baby. There needs to be more linens and outdoor chairs need to be reached. Dryer never dried the clothes even though it got hot. Neighbor was maintenance people and they were super nice. We will be back next year.

Great Location
Wonderful pool and nicely landscaped patio, sun porch fully opens to pool area but can be closed for chilly mornings and evenings. Location a very short walk to the beach and near a trolley stop. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. House is laid out well, but furnishings are a bit tired, kitchen could use an update. We were initially unaware that the house is a duplex, but since the other side is a long term rental currently occupied by property maintenance person it was fine - just something that was not clear from the listing. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.

What a Beach!!
Location of property was incredible! Only a block from the beach. Beach supplies were all there, wagon, chairs etc. Found house to be dirty, floors were not clean, had to wear flip flops or slippers in house so feet would not be black. Limited hot water for showers. Description did not say unit was a duplex, people living in adjacent unit. Ice machine in fridge was awesome, it filled cooler everyday. Living room spacious but couches too small. Beds need replacing, too small and lumpy. Pool was beautiful but cold, the cooler nights dropped temp into 73 degrees, took all day to heat back up. Overall place needs some TLC, would not come back next year.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We live in Tampa and always rent a beach house for my husbands birthday to have a long weekend on the beach. This house was perfect! VERY short walk to the beach and private pool makes this house perfect. They provide first roll of toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponge and even a small bottle of gain for laundry which is nice touches! House was very clean and is open and comfortable. Only negative we found was couches were on the small side which didn’t provide a couch seat for everyone.

Very organized check in, immaculately clean . A few issues came up, like air conditioner froze up , but was fixed within hours. They addressed any concern immediately and professionally . We will definitely be returning . Our stay was magnificent. The house layout was perfect. Pool was huge! Clean and warm . Such a lovely place !

We absolutely loved our stay! Four of us stayed here for a short beach trip, and we found the condo to be roomy, clean, and welcoming! We loved the pool and the sun room and spent more time there than at the beach! We will definitely be back again!
