We really appreciated the black out shades on the windows, we couldn't believe how well and how late we slept, it was great! Room and bathroom was very clean, bed was comfy, and the full breakfast was much appreciated!

Ok for the cost
The pet friendly rooms are downstairs and open to outside, just very very cramped space and dark. Pool wasn't very clean and the outside area had trash buckets next to where we stayed.

I liked the location; pool was large; lobby/breakfast area updated. Rooms were dated, bathroom very small and limited space to hang clothes or put toiletries in bathroom. Sink outside bathroom was fine. Couldn't open windows, room had a/c and damp feeling.

Theres nothing bad to say. Even under renovation it still was nice. Just make sure the pillow cases in our room had orange stains on them. They were replaced. But thats all .great time

So! I stayed thr n i booked 1 king bed instead of tht thy gave me 2 queen beds whch is ridicules i mean hw can one sleep wth wife on separate bed!!! Top of tht bathrooms r way too small u can not even step in if the door r open overall bad experience not at gud at least not for the name of BEST WESTERN

Great hotel!
Hotel was great! The location was great, close to everything! Food was very good. Customer service was excellent. Pool, sauna and hot tub was awesome. The only downside was the beds were to firm and very uncomfortable. The hotel was very clean and smelled great. Thank you 😊

I did not like to see guests drinking glass of beer in the pool and cigarette. After all the hotel was great, it had a good breakfast, a good pool and the rooms were comfortable.

Have stayed here many times . Wonder why we always get moved to a non pet room when we reserve online it never says the room we get is a pet room. Had to go from a king size bed to two queens . Which isnt ideal for a couple that sleeps in a king siz bed

Really good place to stay
Front desk staff was awesome especially Alex, who went above and beyond resolving a problem with the first room. I did not use the pool or hot tub as the hours did not fit my schedule. We were active and usually got back close to the closing time of 9pm. The breakfast was really good and saved us time and money as we got going for the day. We were halfway between rt6 and rt28, near a shop and stop and BJs, so we had no problems getting places and picking up snacks, etc.

!!!BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING!!! SHAME ON THIS HOTEL
BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING HOTEL!!! We had to check out after two nights of staying, my mother was unable to get any sleep both nights because of the loud AC unit that kept on kicking on and off throughout the evening. The hotel has refused multiple times to refund the three nights that we could not stay. The second night my mother was up at 3 AM vomiting from the lack of sleep. The hotel lied to their own corporate customer service saying that we stayed all five nights. I have multiple receipts proving that we weren’t even in the area afterwards since we wanted to be closer to home during our road trip back to PA since my mom was exhausted. We drove all the way up to Cape Cod so I could take my parents on a rare roadtrip and the first two days were ruined. One agent at the hotel front desk also lied, saying that there were larger rooms that we could check into. Another front desk agent told us this was not the case. What would’ve happened if we had to come back and check into a hotel room that wasn’t any larger or different?? My parents are not young. I can’t have them moving around like this. I got no empathy whatsoever from a so-called manager, who apparently is only on site for maybe two hours a day. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a hotel. NO HEART WHATSOEVER. SO SAD.
