In total, we appreciate this property. Welcoming and courteous staff. Except for the housekeeper who I found discourteous and unfriendly at the end. Apart from her, all the staff were exceptional.

This hotel is in need of some upgrades. Hotel is pet friendly, and even though we did not have a pet with us we were given a room with obvious pet hair in the carpet and along the walls. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable.

Stayed in a pet room traveled with my dog. It was clean except the floor. When walking on it our feet were dirty, needed to wash them before returning to bed. Bring something to wear before walking. I took a Kleenex and wiped a section of the floor it was very dirty. Told staff when I was checking out they apologized but said they wash the floors. This is not true as my feet were dirty

The breakfast selection and variety was AMAZING! Staff was professional and friendly! Over the four days we stayed the halfways throughout needing a good vacuum. Especially all along the walls and corners in the room!
