Flr the most part, the place is just as I expected it to be. Then, we went to the pool. It was supposed to be heated, unfortunately it was ice cold.

Worked for the occasion
Got the hotel for a quick overnight visit, pretty much for somewhere to sleep before going to see family for the holiday. The pool heater wasn’t working, so the pool was extra cold but we didn’t use the pool so not a big deal. The only bad thing was the garbage can in the room wasn’t emptied, which means they either didn’t look at the garbage can or forgot to empty it? That is the only bad thing about it.

Not the fault of the hotel but there was an annoying “tweaker” bothering guests in the parking lot. Hotel clerk promptly called the police and had him removed.

We have stayed at several La Quintas. They are usually our go to. Reasonable and reliable. This was no different. Food was hot fresh and good. 24 hr coffee was great. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and polite A few small things we had issues with The pool Was beyond cold. We were looking for ice chunks. I asked for the room to be set up for 4 people when we went out it was not. I stopped in 1/2 way through the day and asked again. It still was not. The evening front desk staff was really polite and got us everything we needed quickly. After that we had no issues with restock. I would stay agin. We went there for the Lusy and Desi museums and the comedy museum. Both were with in waking distance. The restaurants near by were good. There is Walmart target and tops with in about 10 mins drive

We have stayed here many times, even before it was a LaQuinta. It is showing its age and seems a bit run down, we were in a room near a utility room and the pool at the front of the building, very noisy. Our previous stays have been fine, about 4 star, can't rate it higher than 2.5 stars.
