The bedding in our room had not been changed. We found hairs and dirt in both queen beds. We had to go get replacement sheet sets and pillow covers and change them. The staff did not offer to change them on the spot. One staffmember apologized profusely and asked what room we were in so she could report it to housekeeping. The evening manager on duty was not apologetic. Listen people, you are a hotel, you should get the most important thing right: a clean bed.

Handicap parking near handicap room with ramp to get luggage to room. Refrigerator barely cool and had no freezer section to freeze ice packs for knees. Office staff will freeze for you but no answer when I called because too late
