Too Cold to Shower without Hot-Water!
Upon arrival, we were told the hot water was currently in the process of being repaired and would be in service by that evening. Fortunately, we spent our daytime with family, but was shocked to discover the hot-water issue had not been resolved after 3 days. Naturally, we moved to a different hotel, but I feel we should have been contacted about this issue prior to our arrival.

Old hotel that needs updating bad. Used Expedia to book the room while I was in the lobby, the property didn't want to match the Expedia rate even though they had most of the hotel vacant on a Thursday night. I would stay away, not worth the price
