Parking was a nightmare! The parking area is too narrow to cars and these days people have bigger and wider suv pickups etc. parking was designed for small cars!! The area for dogs to do business was full of ants and ant hills, the bath tub was slippery. Water handles in bath and sink l needs updating it was not operating correctly. Light was horrible. Had to turn on switch by door for light to come on in the bathroom sink area. It was not a pleasant stay at all.

Very nice staff but the room looked clean. We spilled some water from the sink and when used towel to clean up it came up black. Tub had permanent stain of dirt on floor. Traveled with our dog - grass wasn’t mowed and loads of fire ants. Needs maintenance and clean up with loads of trash.

Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The property is well kept and maintained. Check in was quick and easy.We really enjoyed the swimming pool as we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast is limited, but I enjoyed the cereal and muffins. Overall it was a nice stay.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet as it was very close to the on-ramp for I-10. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only issue I found was the drapes didn’t block the light coming in the room, but I was too tired to care.

Quiet. No one standing or sitting outside their rooms smoking or watching what others do. Nice, roomy and comfy place to stay for the nite after a day of swimming and tubing on the Llano River. Plenty of food options within walking distance or a 5 minute car ride down the road. Would stay her again

The staff were friendly, but the room was not too clean. We saw dead roaches and the water in the sink would take a long time to drain. Other nasty stuff would come up the drain.

Dirty!
This motel was awful! Had we not been driving for 13 hours straight, we would have left. The floor was not cleaned good, the little shampoo was half empty and there was an old couch in the room that seemed to have never been cleaned. Had we only not only needed to sleep for a few hours , we would have left. I would definitely never stay here again and do not recommend it.

Ok for quick night stay.
Mostly clean room, except the floor was dirty. Room had STRONG cleaning odor- bleach or something, that lasted all night long. Could hear to people on the floor above us loudly stomping & every time they flushed their toilet or showered-the sound of the water in the pipes was right next to the bed. On a good note, the sheets & towels were clean, the bed was comfortable & there were lots of pillows (I use 2 to sleep with).

Very good experience
We appreciate that the room was very clean and it offered toiletries most hotels are not offering toiletries at all. The beds were very comfortable which is also very appreciated.
