Absolutely great place. I love the "Goat" bar / restaurant across the street with a pool table and fun atmosphere. I would love to stay here again.

Bathroom vent falling off the wall. A/C barely blew any air. Keys worked for first day, didn’t work the second day, no desk person to reprogram the keys! Called “help number” at the desk and mail box was full. Had to have Google translate to ask the cleaning person to let me into my room. Left “text back” request twice and then decided to pack up and find a new place. Another person there had the same issue earlier in the week.

Stayed here for a little over a week during mud month while the aspens were changing. Conveniently located on US 6 in Keystone across the highway from the resort. Walkable to everywhere in Keystone and a short drive to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge. Hotel was clean and quiet except for the road noise. Check-in was easy. Laundry facilities are adequate. Hot tub is HOT! Unfortunately the sauna was undergoing maintenance.

BEWARE!!! Sleep in your car before you book a room. It started with there being 5 heavy duty fans in our hallway that were blowing around an insanely wet & musty smell. Bordering moldy. We got into our room & it looked like it had never seen a vacuum a day in its whole life since the beginning of its existence. The bathroom floor was so sticky. It reeked. The furniture had been pushed into the middle of the room. There was a broken CD on the floor?? The sauna didn’t work, but the hot tub was great. Didn’t seem like it had been cleaned, more like a ton of chlorine was in it. But still, a hot tub! went to get into bed. we pulled back the sheets & there was a bunch of long hair in the sheets & the comforter & pillows were CLEARLY dirty. Like super dirty. They smelled & had black smudges all over them. We went down to talk to the guy & he was apologetic & said he wasn’t sure if he could get us another room bc they were booked solid, and then immediately said they had a room & it was clean bc he had checked it already himself somehow. We moved our stuff to the next room & it was still very dirty, but a small step up. It was very late, we were tired & just wanted to go to sleep so we got into bed. The next day we woke up & realized there was blood on the top sheets & bugs under the fitted sheet. Went to shower & there was hair in the shower still. There was no one at the front desk when we went down to talk to the front desk person about it.

This place was perfect for my needs, and the rustic wood furniture in the room was a nice touch. Big room, too. For the price, given the area, I couldn't have asked for more.

I've never written a bad review for a hotel before. This place was awful. Musty and stinky, there was a rubber doormat laid down in my room over a HUGE red stain on the carpet, the air conditioner hardly worked, and there was no shower curtain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
