Staff was good, room was clean. Whomever owns the property, needs to rethink the handicap areas. Not good. Bartender did not need to tell us he was in the bathroom! Not professional! Location was good, parking was good.

The lobby and staff are great. Bed was very comfortable as was the design/decor of the bathroom. The room itself just looked cheap and non descript. Needs an update

We loved the location in downtown. The check-in was pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was better than the typical hotel breakfast. Our room was okay- you can tell they have updated older rooms. The bed was uncomfortable with an older mattress, cheaper linens, and the air conditioning was at its lowest setting (65) but the room stayed at 75ish all night. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again if given the choice.

The hotel was very clean and situated walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and shops. Staff was very friendly and outgoing. And the rooftop bar is pretty cool too with views of the city and mountains.

The hotel was centrally located in downtown Knoxville with lots of dining and entertainment options. It was a short walk to the historic Bijou Theatre which is where we saw our concert. We will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the breakfast was only served until 9am. It would be nice to have had a longer time frame to enjoy the meal.
