The hotel is in great condition and very clean. It's in the heart of downtown, close to lots of good dining options and places to go to like the historic Market Square.

Staff was good, room was clean. Whomever owns the property, needs to rethink the handicap areas. Not good. Bartender did not need to tell us he was in the bathroom! Not professional! Location was good, parking was good.

The hotel is nice. The room was nice. The king bed was not very comfortable. It dipped severely. The provided pillows were really flat. Even doubled up, your head still goes all the way to the bottom. The room we stayed in was on the alley side. We were awaken at 5am to the sound of trucks, people hollering and back up alarms. We stayed here last year and it was excellent.
