Even though it was cold and snowing outside, that didn't stop the front desk from being polite and ensuring that we had everything we needed & notified me I was selected as the "Guest of the Day", which was a very nice touch & unique to this property! Something that other hotels should adopt because it makes guest(s) feel appreciated! There was nothing special about being "Guest of the Day", but they did provide a bottle of water and a bag of chips! Outside of that, the room was clean, the lobby, hallways and breakfast area! The only thing I would change is the banging of the doors by the cleaning staff while cleaning rooms! "
